My wife and I were in desperate need of some new hangars so I bought this set thinking they would be great for preventing clothes from slipping off the hangars. For that purpose they work great, and I'd buy more because of this convenience. The trouble we had was that two of them have already broken right where the plastic hangar meets the metal hook. It seems that the plastic is not very durable compared to other plastic, wood, or metal hangars.
